Yacht Visitors
The Club has moorings and a pontoon system, the centre of which is dedicated to visitors only. We have a boat hoist which is up and running. Unfortunately we can only accommodate yachts under 37 foot. If you would like to visit us please contact the Club Secretary on 02920 633 013

Dinghy Visitors
There is a slipway for launching dinghies, with a second one planned for Summer 2008. If you have a dinghy and would like to visit us please contact the Dinghy Section dinghy@cardiffyachtclub.org

Club Facilities
The club house has 2 bars. A wet bar on the ground floor that can be extended to include the teaching/meeting room, and a more formal bar on the first floor with panoramic views of the bay and the Somerset coast. More formal does not necessarily mean shirt and tie, just clean non working clothes. Ladies and gents toilets are on both floors. The ground floor facilities include sizable changing rooms with showers and lockers. We are fully equipped to accommodate disabled persons and have a small lift between floors.

Food
Food is available on the weekend and we hope to extend this service as demand increases.

Location
The Cardiff Yacht Club is located within minutes from the new dockland development. Here you will find entertainment, night life, shops, cafes, bars, factory outlets, and restaurants from around the world. Another 15 minutes or a short bus ride will take you to the town centre and all the facilities it has available.
